We are a well established property management company based in Ibiza, providing structured, hands-on support for private and rental properties.
Our work is built on experience, consistency, and a clear understanding of how properties need to be managed on the island. We work with a trusted team and an established network of local tradespeople and suppliers, allowing us to coordinate everything from routine maintenance to more complex works with reliability and care.
Because we are locally based and closely involved in the day-to-day running of the properties we manage, we are able to respond efficiently, maintain clear oversight, and ensure each home is looked after to a high standard at all times.
Our approach is practical, discreet, and detail-focused. We prioritise long-term care, clear communication, and dependable systems, so owners can feel confident that their property is being properly managed, whether they are on the island or elsewhere.
The Linen Collective
Quality linen plays a central role in both the running of a home and the overall experience of a stay. When we couldn’t find products we felt confident using across the properties we manage, therefore we chose to develop our own linen designed specifically for homes in Ibiza.
The collection is held to the same standards we apply to every aspect of our work: quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Made from premium 100% cotton, and produced in Portugal with all relevant certifications, it is designed to deliver durability, comfort, and reliable performance within professionally managed homes.
